Morning workout at Snap Fitness. We’re hitting upper body Sat and Sun, so this WO was moderate weight, higher reps, short rests. In and out in 40 mins.  Nothing reallynoteworthy.  Getting through it after dieting hard all week. Refeed after the WO and then heavier/harder/longer WO on Sunday.

Weight:
I weighed 171.0 this morning. Nice. Lowest of year.  Refeed today starting after the WO.
