GPP and Knee Ability today.  Pull-ups were HARD for sets of 6.  My back must still be really fatigued from deadlifts on Sunday.  I Can’t remember a time when 6 pull-ups felt this hard.  Tibialis is getting better (further away from wall).  I started around 14”, now I’m around 17”.  The further away, the harder it is.  I did inverted rows on rings and I did step up’s today without weight.  Still trying to get my knees to come all the way back around.  Arm work was good volume.  Side planks I think are helping my shoulders.
