Sarah and I worked out together, no Taryn today, she is at school.  Started with bench for 6@8-9, -15% 4x6 and pull-ups on the rings.  Next was shoulder press and inverted rows.  Next was pushdowns, curls and planks.  Finished with some dead hangs.
