Started with bench for 4@8, -15% 5x4, 7 total working sets.  Next was pull-ups for AMRAP, then 3x6 every 2 mins. Solid work so far.  Next was steep DB incline and inverted rows.  Finished with incline flies, pushdowns and curls.
