Started with goblet squat and hanging knee raises. Working back up to heavier and higher rep squats, knees have been a tad cranky and we're going to GSMNP soon so I want to take care of them.  Next were seated good mornings and planks.  Then split squats and crunches. Finished with single leg hinge squats, right leg felt great, left knee was a little painful.
