GBR Lower 1: started with squat and added 5% (5 pounds) from last week.  Felt decent.  Switched from SLDL to RDL's for this week.  Not sure if I'll stick to this or vary it. I did slant board goblet squats with the RDL's.  Next was a circuit of hip thrusts (not really liking these, not sure if they are that beneficial?.  Need to look for something else for hamstrings), weighted crunches and calf raises.  WO was done here, but I added some dead hangs and knee mobility work.  Solid WO.
