Started with paused bench for 1@8, -15% 5x3. After 4 days off visitng Hayden, I thought I'd be well rested and ready to go. Nope. Bench felt heavy from the get go. Worked up to 215 which felt heavier than 225 last week. Back offs were sets of 3 that were not "easy", but got the job done. Next were pullups and same story as bench. Lighter weights than last week and felt harder. Squats actually felt pretty good for sets of 10, probably because I was using my legs a lot at ND walking everywhere while upper body was stagnant.  Finished up with inverted rows and DB shoulder press.  Felt good to get some work in.

Nutrition/Weight:
185.4 bloated after the weekend at ND.  Water will flush out in 1-2 days.
