Started with squat. R knee tweaked on Friday, but felt good today. Still kept things on the light side @RPE 6-7 to be safe. Super setted with inverted rows on rings.  Next was pin bench for 5x5 working up to 3 good sets and SLDL's.  Finished up with DB shoulder press and mixed hangs. Still working on hangs for grip and mobility.

Nutrition/Weight:
185.6 - bloated after halloween candy, pumpkin crisp and cereal for dinner.
