GPP day. 5 sets of seal rows working up to 2 sets and then a back off.  I supersetted rows with planks. Then Bi’s and Tri’s, 4 sets each. Finished up with L-sits and some reverse Nordics.  The Nordics were more stretching with assistance than anything else.  L-sits were hard, I hadn’t done them in a while.


Nutrition/Weight:

182.8.  My weight was dropping  and not something I wanted on a strength program so I made sure to eat additional last night.
