Neck still bothering me. Been going on for 2+ weeks now.  So, taking it kinda easy trying to work through it.  GBR Upper 1 started with paused bench. Switching from sets of 8 to 6.  Supersetted with t-bar rows.  Next was DB incline and pulldowns.  Finished with some arm work.  Very bloated after shit ton of carbs in Tampa and on the way home.
