GPP and some knee ability work today. I did pullups for the first time since hurting my pec/shoulder a couple months back. I took it "easy", but sets of 6 that "should" feel easy, did not. Not much else to write about, just getting the work in.

Nutrition/Weight:
183.0 this morning. Weight balooned over the weekend from Father's day pizza dinner and Captain Crunch dessert (several bowls).
