Fri 9/3/21 - Full Body (Bench)

Started with bench for 1@8, then 4x6@70%. Working up felt good and top single moved well. Back offs were heavier than last week, and same RPE range (RPE7-8). Next we supersetted band squats (deep & paused) with DB rows (paused at contraction).  Hadn't done these in a while. I used to do them heavy and heave them. Today was lighter, more controlled with pauses. Light weight got hard. Good quick WO.
