- Ran 5 miles in 48:45 (10:27, 9:21, 9:58, 9:44, 9:13), 9:43 pace, c/d 14:15. Decent run. Took it nice and easy. Legs still sluggish; probably in parts due to race, running yesterday and low carbs. It was raining the majority of the run and I was soaked by the time I got home, but not too bad. Thankfully I ran when I did because it started pouring shortly after I got home.
