Worked out with Hayden! Started with decline, worked up to 1 heavy set, then backed off for 2 sets. Felt good on heavy set and did 8 reps instead of 6. Solid. Next was pull-ups for AMRAP, then sets of 7 on rings. Next was incline and t-bar. Finished up with some arm work. Love working out with Hayden!
