Started with bench and did 5 working sets, then pull-ups. My weight after being in the mountains for the weekend eating tons of carbs was super high today, so pull-ups weren't easy. Next was DB incline and inverted rows. Then arm work and hinge squats. Solid WO coming back from a 3-day weekend.
