Feeling pretty tired from about 3-4 hours sleep Thursday and Friday nights, and super bloated from eating a ton of carbs all weekend. Started with bench for sets of 6, then pull-ups on the rings. Heavy = hard. Next was DB incline and inverted rows. Finished up with arm work and single leg hinge squats.
