Started with goblet squat and hanging knee raises.  Next was split squat holds and planks.  Finished up with single leg hinge squats and barbell good mornings. First time doing BB GM's and like them. Went very light to get the movement down. Different feel than seated good mornings for sure.

Nutrition/Weight:
178.8, down from 188.6 on Monday!
