Started with bench for 6@RPE 6,7,8x4 and pull-ups on the rings. Left lower trap bothering me a bit. Next was DB incline and inverted rows for 3 sets. Trap getting a bit worse. Finished with 2 sets of incline curls. Trap is feeling worse now that WO is complete. Ugh...
