Early morning WO before going to midwife appointment with Sarah and T. Started with 2-count paused goblet squat and crunches. Next was SLDL with the barbell and planks. Then I did hinge squats on 2 45# bumpers and tibialis raises. Finished up with reverse walks up a slight incline for 5 reps of 35 seconds.
