Sarah and I worked out together (and Taryn) early morning. Was really nice working out together. T was really cute. Started with 2 count paused decline for 6@RPE 6,7,8x4. Next we did pull-ups. Right elbow pretty bad, so keeping these relatively easy. Next was DB incline and seal rows for 3 sets each. Finished up with pushdowns and curls. Taryn sat on the 25# plate to add weight for pushdowns on my sets. We got some cute video of that! Solid and fun WO with my girls.
