Started with OHP for 4@RPE 6,7,8x2. Did 6 reps on last sest @RPE9-9.5.  Next I supersetted Squat and Bent Over Row. Squat was 7@RPE 6,7,8x2, 5# heavier than last week.  BOR was 10@RPE 6,7,8x2, did 12 reps last set, 5# heavier than last week. Solid WO.
