Back home in garage gym. Started with OHP for 4@RPE 9, -15% 4x4. Solid effort here, top set and back offs higher than last week. Finished with squat and BOR superset. I squatted barefoot today for the first time and really like it. BOR bothers my R shoulder a little bit. I think I should find something else until I get over this shoulder issue.
