Ida Lee gym. Started with paused squats so that Sarah and I could use closer to the same weight. Very pleased with how these went for long 2 count pauses up to 174#, then 2 back off sets that were good 3 count pauses.  Next was incline for 10@RPE 8-9, then backed off for 2 sets.  Finished with DB RDL's and bicycles. Solid WO.
