Started with OHP working up to 4@RPE 8-9, then backed off for 3x4. Ended up doing 5 sets because it was feeling good and thought I could use the volume here. Then supersetted squat and ring rows. Didn't go heavy on squats, but rated them @RPE8. Feeling fatigued.
