Started with paused bench for 1@8, 3x5 @80%. Top single I rated @RPE8.5, back offs were @RPE8,8,9. Good work. Next were pullups for 6x5. Started body weight, then 15#, then 4 sets @30#. Second set @30# felt really good so I did 6 reps, 3rd was harder and the 4th I added a little extra rest and got another 6 rep set. Pleased with these. I supersetted slant board squats with pullulps. Finsihed up with DB shoulder press and inverted rows.
