Brisk walk with Salem for 40 minutes, then GPP and some knee ability work. Hangs are coming along nicely. First set was 60 seconds with assist from feet on the ground. Second 60 was mixed grip no assist. Last 50 seconds was both arms supinated, no assist. A few weeks ago I couldn't even hang supinated assisted AT ALL.
