Started with front squats. Sarah was doing back squats so I did front squats so we could use roughly the same weight. Knees started out cranky warming up with body weight squats, but felt much better as the sets went along. Next was bench for 4x10. Warmed up to a top set of 10 @RPE 9.5, then backed off to keep RPE's reasonable. Next was seated rows on short rests, finished up with DB incline.
