Tue 2/16/21 - Run + GPP/Knee Ability

Started with a run, then did GPP and some knee ability work.  Right shoulder was bothering me warming up, no idea why.  Pull-ups were decent, but they felt hard from the start again.  Normally, the first 5-6 reps feel really easy.  I did some arm work and then some knee ability work. Knees have been a bit wonky, I think just from loading & frequency of leg work.
