Mon 9/24 - 4 Mile Run

Cardio:
- Ran 4 mils in 38:40 (10:05, 9:36, 9:44, 9:09). Avg. 9:39 page, c/d 10 mins. Total 49 mins.
- Left knee really sore this evening.

Nutrition:
I weighed 176.2 this morning after re-feed yesterday.  Good nutrition day today.
