GBR Upper 1 started with bench. Still working up on sets of 6. Felt pretty good today. Next was pull-ups. I did a body weight set, then 3 sets with 10#, finished with another body weight set. Next I did DB incline with inverted rows. Rows were hard after pull-ups (again). Finished up with some arm work. Solid WO.
