+2.7 mile walk with Salem after
GBR Lower 1 started with squats working up to 4x6, 10# heavier than last week. Next I did deep reverse lunges and hanging knee raises. I liked the lunges, felt good about how deep I could get and how little assistance I needed from my rear leg. Finished up with banded squat holds and crunches. Solid lower day for me.
