GBR Upper 1 started with bench, which felt solid today with 3 top sets @165. Next were pull-ups for 4 sets. Then DB incline and BOR. I hadn't done BOR in a long time. Took it easy as my lower back was really tender today. Finished up with some arm work. Best part of the workout was Hayden worked out with me!
