Tue 11/19 - Treadmill 4.5 miles

Cardio:
Ran for 45 mins on the treadmill + c/d 5 mins = 50 minutes.
Call it 4.5 miles.

Nutrition:
I weighed 174.2 this morning. Good nutrition day. Goal is to eat at, or just below, maintenance this week to stabilize before Thanksgiving.
