Thu 8/8 - Cardio

Cardio:
- 50 minutes mix of running and walking. Legs dead from no carbs this week + leg work in the gym yesterday.

Nutrition:
I weighed 177.0 this morning. Very nice. 10 pounds in last 10 days. Tight diet again today. Body adjusting a bit to very low carbs/cals, but afternoon wasn't easy.
