Mon 8/12 - Walk

I walked for 32 mins before work. Short on time but wanted to stretch my legs.

Nutrition:
I weighed 183.4 this morning after re-feed yesterday. Back to diet today. It was tough going from eating a lot yesterday to no/low carbs again today.
