Thu 8/22 - Cardio

- Walked for 47 minutes fasted before work.
- I weighed 175.2 this morning. That's three days in a row at basically 175. Frustrating, but I haven't had a bowel movement in 2 days and I'm always extremely regular. Just not enough food and fiber through the system.  Another tight nutrition day. Only a couple days left on this cut and I'm ready for it to be over. Feeling pretty lean, but also very depleted. Arms are shrinking.
