Wed & Thu, 9/12&13 - Cardio

Wed:
  • Played 9 holes of golf.  Was planning on 18, but played so poorly I stopped at the turn and went to work.  Beautiful morning with new friends at a pretty course (Raspberry Falls).
Nutrition:  Good nutrition day.  Weighed 173.8

  • 51 min walk before work.  Nice cool morning.  Needed a light jacket again.  Feet still a major problem.  Still no running.  This is getting OLD.
