Thu 8/9 - Cardio

Cardio:
  • Ran ~5 miles in 49 mins, c/d 15 min walk, total 1:04.  Felt OK, but left knee bothered me.  I need to be better about PT stretching.
Nutrition:
Low carb day turned into a moderate carb day.  I decided to get some extra carbs in this evening in hopes for some more energy for tomorrow's workout.  Still fairly decent nutrition day.
