Started with goblet squat for 4-5 sets of 10 with hanging knee raises. Next were split squat holds and crunches. First split squat set was on a 45# bumper, next two sets were from the ground. First time doing these from the ground. Worked down slowly from a 12" box! Finished with deep squat holds, planks and delt raises.
