Started with bench working up to 4@RPE9, -15% for 3x4. 6 working sets. Next were pull-ups for 4x6. Then I did steep angle DB incline and inverted rows. Finished with pushdowns and incline curls. Really liking the incline curls. Also walked about a mile in the morning.
