Mon 6/22 - Cardio

Cardio:
3.2 mile walk in 50 mins. 15:40 pace.

Nutrition:
I weighed 182.4 this morning. On Friday I weighed 173.2.  Last night's cereal consumption got out of control.  It's a lot of water, but gotta get back on plan.
