Tue 6/18 - Cardio

Cardio:
- Walked 47 mins before work
- Sarah and I walked 25 mins after work - not really cardio, but it was a nice walk :)

Nutrition:
I weighed 180.2 this morning. Down 1.4 from yesterday after eating a LOT (but clean) yesterday.  Good nutrition day today.
