- Ran 6.33 in 59:30, 9:24 pace, c/d 11 in the morning at 8AM. It was pretty darn hot by the end of the run and I was absolutely dripping. Squishy shoes.
- 54 min walk after dinner with Mom. We walked around the golf course and she showed me the blackberry bush she's been getting berries from to make pies.
