GBR Upper 2: Started with decline for 4x8 @PRE 6-7. Then pull-ups for 4x6. These didn't feel super easy, somewhat surprisingly. Next I did incline with DB rows. Finished up with some arm work. Solid WO. As weights get heavier this is going to be a longer workout because I can't easily superset some of the movements.
