Workout at lunch. Started with deadlift and paused bench combo. Fairly pleased with deadlift, felt much better than last week where everything felt really heavy. Bench was fine, 180# top set I rated @RPE8, but I had hoped to go up from there. Back offs were good. Next was banded goblet squat and steep angle DB incline (more a shoulder press?). Trying to find some exercises to get consistent with that are going to hit quads. Shoulder press was fine.
