Crazy busy schedule today, had to make this quick. Squat was 8@RPE6,7x3 on 1.5-2 mins rest. Supersetted incline and SLDL. Back was fatigued from pullups yesterday so I kept SLDL fairly light. Incline was 8@RPE7,8 -5% 2x8.
