Started with paused bench for 1@8, 6@9, 3x6@70%. Top single was fine, still stuck around this weight. First back off was @8-8.5 at close to 80%. Back offs at 70% were good. Next I supersetted band squats and bent over rows. Didn't let the rows hit the floor today. These were harder than off the ground.
