Started with pullups and tibialis. Pullups felt much better today, first reps felt nice and easy. Pleased with 4x8.  RPE was probably @7,8,8,9. Next was 2 sets BB curls and lying DB extensions. Then I did seated delt raises with hangling leg raises. After 10 reps, I held as long as I could (not long, about 1 min). Finisehd with 2 sets split squats just to get some mobility/blood flowing in my legs.
