Started with squat for 6 reps @RPE 6,7,8x2. No singles on squat while knees are coming around. Next was incline for 1@8, 6@7-8x3. Top single moved well and I could've bumped up another set, but time was short and it was probably heavy enough. Finished up with RDL's for 8@6,7,8x3.
