Ironbound Gym again today. Started with deadlift working up to triples @315#, then 2 back off sets of 6 @275#. Felt really good. Next was DB incline for 4 sets. Next we did an iso-shoulder press machine I LOVE for 3 sets. Finished up with some triceps and ab work.
